At AstraZeneca’s new Lisbon hub, located in the Báltico Building, creating a truly people-centred workplace required technical precision, architectural sensitivity and solutions capable of balancing collaboration, focus and wellbeing.
BAMER played a key role in the project, providing partitioning systems and acoustic solutions that contribute directly to the environmental quality of the workspace. These elements help structure the office while ensuring acoustic comfort, privacy and flexibility within an organisation designed to support more than 750 employees and multiple ways of working.
Developed by Vector Mais, with design & build by CBRE | Turner & Townsend and a concept by Gensler, every detail was conceived to reflect AstraZeneca’s identity and enhance the daily experience of its teams, creating an environment that encourages concentration, interaction and wellbeing.
