FSC: sustainability from the ground up

Because the construction sector is responsible for around 35% of greenhouse gas emissions in the European Union, starting from a sustainable foundation is a priority for BAMER.

The wood used in our carpentry and partition systems is FSC certified (Forest Stewardship Council), one of the most reliable certifications worldwide, ensuring that the raw material comes from responsible and properly controlled sources. This non-profit organization issues the FSC label, which certifies that the wood and forest-based materials originate from sustainably managed forests.

As forest destruction is one of the factors directly linked to climate change, BAMER’s commitment is to choose certified solutions, actively contributing to the preservation of natural resources and to a more sustainable future, while ensuring projects with a lower ecological footprint.
