Three Projects Featuring BAMER Solutions Nominated for the 2026 Prémios do Imobiliário

Three projects featuring BAMER solutions have been nominated for the 2026 Prémios do Imobiliário. AstraZeneca, BNP Paribas and Lusitania are among the candidates for the awards promoted by Expresso and SIC Notícias, recognising projects that have made an impact on the real estate sector over the past year.

While differing in scale, concept and approach, the three projects have one thing in common: BAMER’s contribution to the creation of more functional, comfortable workspaces designed around the needs of the people who use them.

AstraZeneca: A New Hub for New Ways of Working

AstraZeneca’s new hub, located in the Báltico Building, in Parque das Nações, spans around 5,000 m² across six floors and was designed to accommodate approximately 750 employees.

In an office defined by a diversity of environments and the search for a balance between collaboration and focused work, BAMER contributed with UMA partitions and acoustic solutions, helping to organise the different spaces and enhance their comfort.

The concept was developed by Gensler, in a Design & Build project by CBRE Portugal | Turner & Townsend, with execution by Vector Mais.

BNP ParibaS: A Project on the Scale of a New Organisation

With more than 16,000 m², the BNP Paribas Hub, in Parque das Nações, is one of the largest office projects recently developed in Lisbon.

The new hub brings together different environments and ways of working, in a project where BAMER contributed with several solutions for the interiors. Partitions, joinery, acoustic solutions and upholstery were all part of an intervention that matched the scale and complexity of the project.

BAMER’s contribution therefore extended across different areas of the space, helping to organise environments while contributing to acoustic comfort and the material character of the interiors.

The interior architecture project was developed by Openbook Group, with the fit-out carried out by Vector Mais.

Lusitania: Wood as an Element of Identity

At Lusitania’s new office, in the Niña Building in Lisbon, the approach is different, but the relationship between architecture, materials and the experience of the space remains at the heart of the project.

Here, BAMER contributed with its WOOD partitions, which help structure the different environments through the presence of wood. The material introduces a more natural and welcoming dimension to the office while also contributing to the organisation of the spaces and acoustic comfort.

The architectural project was developed by Cushman & Wakefield, with the fit-out carried out by Vector Mais.
